Frequently asked questions about SAP Assessment

What is the difference between SAP and RDSAP?
SAP uses detailed construction data (for new builds where you know exact specifications). RDSAP uses assumptions and visual inspection (for existing buildings where exact data isn't available). Both produce the same type of energy rating.
